Archeology has unearth rhe pool of Silaom, this is where Jesus healed the blind man, this pool has an upper pool and a lower pool and is fed by running water from the springs at the Temple Mount. Jesus took clay ans spittem to create eyes for this poor man and this miracle confirms his creativity ability, nothing is to hard for him, when he can create out of clay just like the Bible describes how man was created from the dust of the earth. He can now see and I doubt he questioned the method of his healing, Jewish Priests (they were appointed by the Roman Government) came to him and wanted him to renounce Jesus healing, he refused by saying a sinner I know not but what I know is I was blind and now I see, confirmed by his parents that he was born blind. This pool has an upper and a lower pool and was probably used by the Jewish males for purification before entering the Temple into God’s presence, all Jewish males were requiered by Mosaic Law to go to three fiests a year, Passover, Pentecost and Tabernacles. Ther is an undergtound tunnel that feeds water to the pool from the Gihon Springs on the Temple Mount, this tunnel was ordered by King Hessikiah in about the 7th Century BC., one group from the Mount and onw group from below cut this channel out of limestone to give water to the pool and to Jerusalem. The gradirnt of the tunnel is .-6 % som water was running slowlt into the pools, amazing engineering for that day. There is a very large staircase that goes up the hill toward the Temple, and this was probably used to prevent contact with those that were not purified before entry into the Temple, this staircase is very large, looks like about 40 feet wide to accomadate the large groups of Jews that were observing the three fiests. Once again the Biblical Narrative has been confirmed and as time goes by it is always proven, for his words are truth, spirit and life, every thing I have posted has been confirmed by secular historians, like Josephus. In light of such proof of the Biblical Narrative on all these events, how can anyone not believe. Jesus was the treasure of heaven and he emptied himself of all his Royalty and became a servant of all, he endured the terrible death of the cross all because he loved mankind and was willing to die this terrible death as the perfect lamb of God for my transgressions and any one else that will accept him and give up his life here, to gain it in eternity. He knowingly went to the cross, because Ellijah and Moses had informend him on the Mount of Transfiguration. He had the power to stop this with legions of Angels and he chose love for us over avoiding this death. He was the picture of a humble man while doing many Miracles to prove his Messiah ship, he rode into Jerusalem on an unbroke donkey to be crowned the King of the Jews and they will soon realise that he is and was the Messiah, they looked and longed for from the beginning of Israel. The Historical events described in the Bible are all confirmed by ancient Historians, like Josephus and others from the first Century. The archaeological and Historic evidence is over whelming that the Biblical Narrative has been proven that it could be used as a history book about the Jews, God and his plan for mankind, in light of that is there any doubt about what the Bible say’s is in the fiture, not in my mind? Don’t turn away from this Messiah that loves you so much he died a horrible death to give you life, his love and care is just amazing, this God man Jesus.
