The Shroud

The shroud of Turin is a linen sheet 13 feet long, that has an image of a crucified naked man, front and back view. The Romans were very cruel people and they wanted to not only kill the person in the most painful way they could, they also wanted to humiliate the person by hanging him naked and having a lot of people witness the crucifiction. The shroud has blood in all the paces, that Jesus was pierced, around his head, his hands and feet and his side show blood stains on the shroud, the blood type was Ab if memory serves. This shroud was examined by a lot of the top scientist of the day, some findings include pollen from plants that are only found around Jerusalem, they found no evidence of paint on the cloth. They all were astonished about how the image got on the cloth and every attempt to replicate the image failed, to this day no one has come up with the answer. NASA has developed way to make the shrouf into a three deminsional object, this will not work on a picture like it does on the shroud. I can not be expected to compete with the brillant and educated minds that have been involved, so I’m approaching this in a relationship way and have arrived at some conclusion based on Biblical knowledge. The science minds are divided some say it is authentic, others think it is a forgery but have no idea about how this forgery was done.

We know from the Gospels, that Jesus left Nazareth and went to Capernaum at the beginning of his ministry, he must have spent time at Peter’s house or the crowds would not have waited in front for Jesus to appear, did Jesus live there or just visit frequently, we will never know. Peter must jave been close to. Jesus, he picked him to build his church, upon this rock I will build my Church, Peter is credited with starting the Catholic Church. The Shroud was found in a Cathoic Church in Turin Italy, a littleover 500 km from Rome. Peter was fleeing persecution from Italy, when he had a visitation and the LORD told him, I died for you, won’t you die for me, Peter turned around and told his persecuters that, I’m not worthy to die as the LORD died, cruciify me upside down, he died as entertainment for those in power. Peter was active in Rome and common sens say’s that his relationshipwit the LORD would have made him keep the burial cloth and try to preserve this relic and he would have stored it in a Catholic church for safety.

The Romans crucified a lot of Jews, what would be the matmatical odds for a crucufiction of a Jew, that had a crown of thorns, a pierced side and no broken bones, the Romans broke legs of those that weren’t dead, so they couldn’t breathh, now how many burial cloths have been found, NONE besides the shroud, I have no doubts thatt this relic is the burial linen of jesus and I have no doubts that becauuse he lives, I can face tomorrow AND SOME DAY i WILL MEET HIM, EITHER IN THE AIR OR THE CEMETARY. Any one that doesn’t know him ask him too forgive, give him your life and life a glorious, promised filled life, to refuse this God man is to take a terrible risk with your eternity, he loves you and the evidence the Bible being true is undesputable you will lose your friends and gain a lot of new ones that welcome you with open arms.
